Learn and Master Drums
Welcome to my review of Learn and Master Drums. I am sure you are curious as to whether or not Learn and Master Drums really is worth the money or not. Does Learn and Master Drums really deliver or is it just hype? I put together this small site because I feel strongly on the topic. I hope you find this review somewhat helpful, based on my experience with the company.
Benefits of Learn and Master Drums
Alright so you probably have heard good things about Learn And Master Drums by now but are the comments truthful? I was interested in what they have to offer, so being the curious person I am, I decided to test out their system. I want to start off by saying that their course is packaged really nicely, almost too nice.
The cover is sturdy and upon opening the box, you find all of the dvds, cds, and other items neatly packaged. Compared to some other drum books you see in the stores, this was refreshing to see. Let's move on to the course.
The course iteself is quite extensive and for the money, I consider it a steal. Think of how much we pay for personal lessons each year. You have probably spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars by now right?
Get this, the Learn And Master Drums course cost less than a standard shopping bill. As for the material in the course, it contains hundreds of exercises that you can practice along with some benchmarks so that you can improve your own game.
- What I liked about the course is that you can go at your own pace. I don't know about you but far too often I found that personal music teachers push you too fast or in the wrong direction.
- That's where this course stands out. It contains great beats and songs that you can play on your own time, when you see fit. Even more important than that, it contains songs that you will enjoy playing, rather than the typical junk you see in books today.
- I haven't seen a drum course that contains more information for the money. Now granted I haven't searched the entire internet to compare, but from my years of using the internet no other drum course comes close. Speaking of service for the money, I want to go on the record that I do give a thumbs up for their customer service.
- I was really surprised to see that you even can communicate with the teacher of the course through a 'members area' on their website. You can also talk with other people who have bought the course and help each other out. This is invaluable in my opinion.
- You may or may not know that this course also caters to people like you and I, who are intermediate in our music ability. By going through the lessons you will help yourself in reading sheet music faster and also gain valuable experience in learning how to play alongside a band. Some other factors which may interest you include learning double bass drumming, blues, funk, rock, and improving your ear for music.
- I don't want to list every single factor because you can check the website of Learn And Master Drums for more but you get the idea. One point I do want to stress are the dvds. The dvds I think, are a great item to own because you watch Dan Sherrill play while you also see the notes.
- This is something you cannot do with a personal music teacher. You are typically sitting next to them and either watching them play or watching the sheet music. Now you can do both at the same time and if you get lost, you can always hop online and have your questions answered in no time.
- The tracks you get to play along with are handy as well. They include two different versions, one with drums and one without drums. By doing this it allows you to learn the song and then take it on your own when you feel comfortable. So this is my quick review on Learn And Master Drums.
- Take it for what it's worth but I think you cannot go wrong with this product. It doesn't matter if you want to learn double bass drumming or just want to brushen up on rudiments, the course has something to offer you at a price you can't pass up.

Learn and Master Drums Essentials
The favorite of mine is being able to play along to a music track where you are the lead drummer. That is the real beauty of this course. You have the options of playing with the teacher by having the drums turned on or if you so wish, you can turn the drum line off and play by yourself. You can't go wrong with Dann Sherrill.
The course also comes with an instruction booklet which I found to be put together very well. It goes over the usual stuff such as notes and dynamics, pitch, and so forth. The great thing is that you can read this book on your own time and however long you want.It is a good addition to the dvds and I feel it gives the course that extra advantage over the competitors. If you want to learn some theory, the basics, music notes, and browse through many popular songs, you will be sure to pick yourself up a copy soon.
As I mentioned before, the only online component to this course is the members area. You can login to the company's website and take part in a social discussion regarding the course with other customers. You can post your comments, criticisms, questions and more to the teacher and the staff. That is the great thing about their customer service, they are there to help you, even if it is 2:00 am in the morning. Overall, I find this course to be excellent.
